Child Safety Day was created in 2007 with the help of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police 
Department. The mission of Child Safety Day is to promote the physical, emotional
and social safety of children. The annual Child Safety Day event is always held the
second Saturday of October on the parking lot of The Pageant in the East Loop.
The event is FREE & Fun. Child Safety Day is sponsored by BMO Harris Bank,
Home State Health Plan, INOBTR, Missouri Department of Health & Senior
Services-Office of Minority Health and Page/Bradley Law. We ask that you support
all of the businesses and organizations who support Child Safety Day. You will find
